01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the win86 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through win86.app (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the win86 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and win86.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the win86 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of win86, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the win86 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

win86 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above. If we discover that a player does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to immediately close the account and void any associated transactions.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the win86 Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) win86 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win86 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. win86 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Ownership: Your win86 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
• KYC Compliance: win86 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by win86.

win86 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the win86 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed instantly for supported payment methods including GCash and PayMaya.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.
• Supported Payment Methods: win86 currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. win86 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawal Verification: win86 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved.
• Source of Funds: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. win86 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Fees: win86 does not charge fees on GCash or PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer fees, if any, are subject to the policies of the respective financial institution.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

win86 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. win86 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: win86 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that win86 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Modification: win86 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email where reasonably practicable.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the win86 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all products:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. win86's RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, win86 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. win86 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. win86 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in win86's server logs shall be considered final and binding, subject to review by win86's compliance team.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win86 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the win86 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win86 staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the win86 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of win86 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from win86.
• Use any win86 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of win86's intellectual property may result in legal action. win86 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win86 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond win86's reasonable control.

win86's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win86 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude win86's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

win86 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: win86 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We use age verification tools and manual review processes to prevent underage access to the Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform.
• Reality Checks: win86 provides periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of your current gaming session and your net gaming activity.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

win86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward win86 staff or other players.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may also close your win86 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

win86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win86 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and win86, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. win86 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

win86 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body overseeing win86's operations.
